The Port’s Service Portal is convenient and easy to use.
- Submit a public records request;
- Log in to: Request and pay for park event and filming permits;
- Report trash, graffiti, or damages on or around the San Diego Bay, and more.
Once registered, select the item you wish to report or request and fill out the form. The Service Portal stores your information and you can see the progress of your request.
NOTE: This is only for areas under the Port of San Diego's jurisdiction. You will not be able to place a map pin or address for areas outside the Port's service boundary.
