It takes the commitment of many people to make our dynamic waterfront thrive. The Port’s daily operations are carried out by a workforce of over 550 dedicated employees. At the helm are the Board of Port Commissioners, the Executive Leadership Group and numerous advisory committee members. Together, the leadership team and staff champion the Port’s mission and vision for San Diego Bay as a waterfront of opportunity for the people of California.
