Annual Stormwater Requirement Resources for Commercial and Industrial Facilities

Annual employee stormwater training is required by the Municipal Permit. Facilities may develop their own stormwater training if it covers applicable Best Management Practices (BMPs) at their facility and keep documentation of the training at the facility. Alternatively, the Port has developed training videos (see below) and a form to use as a training record that facilities can use in fulfillment of the training requirement.
