Sweetwater Park is a designated passive park. Events and organized activities are not permitted.
Discover
Grab your binoculars to take in amazing bayfront and nature views at one of Sweetwater Park's overlooks. The park features built-in wildlife blinds to help observers blend in and reduce interference with wildlife and their natural habitat.
Wonder
Many of us know of the wishbone as a symbol of good fortune. For birds, the wishbone’s primary function is to help it withstand the Rigors of Flight.
Visit Sweetwater Park to see the 25-foot tall sculpture by artist Roberto Salas and make a wish or be inspired by watching coastal birds take flight.
Thank you for visiting Sweetwater Park
You can help keep our waterfront safe and enjoyable for all by:
- Keeping your dog on a leash at all times
- Picking up your trash
- Leaving the confetti, balloons and kites at home
- Practicing your skating or skateboarding at a designated skate park instead
