Revisiting the Heart of Our bay of life

This spotlight was originally published three years ago on May 2, 2022, as part of our Maritime Month, At the heart of it all highlights. Since that time, there are a couple of notable details that have grown and changed:

• Sophie has grown from Manager of Government Affairs & Business Development to Director of Commercial & External Affairs.
• One out of every eight cars nationwide gets processed through the Port of San Diego cargo terminals. In fiscal year 2024, the Port imported approximately 362,000 vehicles.
