Email public records requests to: publicrecords@portofsandiego.org

Please include

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Information you need - Please include as much relevant detail as possible. (dates, names, locations, etc.)

Please allow us up to 10 days to respond to your request. The Port Administration Building, and administrative offices for Harbor Police and General Services is closed every other Friday.

The information emailed and accompanying documents is considered public information and will be disclosed to the public upon request unless otherwise exempt from disclosure by the California Public Records Act (Cal. Gov. Code 6250 et seq.).
