There were 25 arrests this period. Seven were for driving under the influence of alcohol, four for being drunk in public, three for being under the influence of a controlled substance, three for battery, two for being a danger to themselves or others, two for transporting drugs, and one each for theft, brandishing a deadly weapon, having an outstanding warrant and obstructing an officer.

The Harbor Police responded to two sick injury calls. One involved a citizen at the airport who had a cut on their face. They were transported to a local hospital. The other report involved someone with a broken finger.

Crime reports included violation of a court order, stolen items at San Diego International Airport, including a coin purse and items taken from an airport storage container. There was a report of a theft on a boat, there was a fight with multiple suspects at the Pure Platinum bar on Pacific Highway, someone was trespassing at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, a car was broken into at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, a cash register was vandalized at an airport fast-food restaurant, a suspect hit someone in the head at the B Street Cruise Ship Terminal, items were stolen from a room at the Half Moon Inn on Shelter Island, a car window was smashed on Shelter Island, a backpack was stolen on Broadway and 5th Avenue in downtown San Diego, a suspect grabbed a woman by the hair and knocked her down on West Harbor Drive and someone brandished a knife near Anthony's Restaurant on Harbor Drive.

Miscellaneous reports include someone trying to steal information from a computer behind the Southwest Airlines ticket counter, three lost airport employee identification badges, a suspicious person with a bulging object at the airport, a possible missing person and a lost wallet and laptop at the airport. Additionally, a baggage cart struck an aircraft, bullets were found at the airport, there was a report of gang activity at Harbor Island park, there was some suspicious activity on a boat on Shelter Island and a vessel broke loose from its mooring and struck another vessel in San Diego Bay.

The Harbor Police issued 86 misdemeanor citations. Most of these were for traffic violations and violating park rules.
