The project includes the following components: demolition of one locker building and the parking lot located east of the existing marina building; construction of a limited service 4-story hotel with up to 175 rooms and limited meeting space; reduction of the traffic circle and realignment of a portion of the eastern end of Harbor Island Drive; enhanced public access along the Harbor Island East Basin side of the hotel; and realignment of existing sewer, water and utility lines. A Port Master Plan Amendment is included for the East Harbor Island Subarea.
