Sunroad Asset Management, Inc. is proposing a limited service hotel on East Harbor Island. The hotel, totaling approximately 95,000 square feet, would consist of up to 210 rooms, limited meeting space (approximately 5,000 square feet), common areas, and surface parking. The project would also include removal of the existing traffic circle and realignment of the road and lease lines. The open space use currently located at the traffic circle would be relocated to a public promenade and overlooks.
