Port of San Diego - Tenant Portal

As part of our ongoing mission as a Green Port dedicated to enhancing our customer service capabilities across multiple platforms, the Port of San Diego has launched an exciting new pilot program.  Starting early January, 2010, Port tenants will have an opportunity to submit their project applications, plans and supporting documentation on line.

Our new paperless tenant project application portal is easy to use, secure and a more efficient way for Port staff to review tenant project applications as compared to paper processing. In addition, it cuts down on the amount of paper, cost, and processing delays while it improves tenant and Port staff project tracking and communications.  We hope with your feedback and participation, our pilot program will become a permanent fixture on our website and a reliable 24/7 customer service enhancement for our tenants.

When its time to submit your next project application, please consider trying our new paperless tenant project application portal on line and let us know what you think at projectlogdesk@portofsandiego.org  As always, you are  encouraged to contact your Asset Manager prior to submitting your project with any questions or concerns. And yes, you still have the option to submit a paper tenant project application anytime. Thank you for your participation in this exciting new pilot program!

In the initial buildout of this site, you will be able to:

• Submit online applications for proposed improvement projects (including plans and images)

In the future, we hope to provide further services, including the ability to:

• Review policies and procedures that affect you
• Check the status of pending projects
• Review your account history
• Interact directly with appropriate Real Estate Services Staff
