Children's Park (right) is the center piece of the 12-acre linear Martin Luther King, Jr., Promenade and is a testimonial to the success of downtown San Diego's redevelopment program. The dancing waters of the Port-financed fountain (above) form a lively focal point for the reflecting pool and its surrounding park.
