The San Diego Unified Port District has prepared a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the South Embarcadero Redevelopment Program I & Port Master Plan Amendment for the “Old Police Headquarters & Park Project.”
