The Harbor Police made 11 arrests. There were two for outstanding warrants and one each for obstructing an officer, public drunkenness, driving under the influence of alcohol, possessing a controlled substance, rape, driving with a suspended license, being under the influence of drugs, possession of burglary tools and battery.

The K-9 team responded to five requests to check for explosives or drugs. One incident was at the airport, where the dogs searched an abandoned suitcase. The results were negative for both drugs and explosives. The team also searched a car and vessel on Harbor Drive by Nimitz Boulevard. The results were negative. A car was searched on a residential street in Point Loma and found to contain drugs. Another car and a vessel were searched near Shelter Island and the results were negative.

There were five sick/injury calls. Someone fell at the airport but didn't have to go to the hospital. Someone fell at Harbor Drive near Laurel Street and complained of back pain. The person was taken to Mercy Hospital. Two people fell near the cruise ship terminal and both were taken to nearby hospitals. Someone fell near the Coast Guard station, but didn't require treatment and someone cut their finger at the airport. They did not require treatment.

Crime reports included a car break-in near the Coast Guard station on Harbor Drive, a stolen camera bag and camera lens at the San Diego Convention Center, a rape at the Harborview Inn & Suites Hotel near downtown San Diego and burglary of a room at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina. A car was vandalized on Harbor Drive near Broadway Pier, someone broke a window at the Bay Café on Harbor Drive, fuel was stolen from a vessel parked on a residential street in Coronado, a bicycle was stolen from the Manchester Grand Hyatt, someone hit another person at the Holiday Inn on the Bay and a car was stolen from the parking lot at Humphrey's Half Moon Inn on Shelter Island.

Miscellaneous reports included three lost airport employee badges, an intoxicated man was making verbal threats to people near the Port's Administration building, a film canister containing drugs was found at the airport, a man with a large amount of cash was leaving the country, an airport employee left a passenger manifest in a restroom at the airport, ammunition and a folding knife were found at the airport, someone was impersonating a health department inspector on Harbor Drive near the Bay Café, juveniles were loitering around the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel in the early morning hours, a vessel hit a concrete block at the entrance to San Diego Bay, an unleashed dog was seen running around Shelter Island and there were several reports of lost property at the airport, including a lost iPhone, lost passport, lost drivers license, and a lost camera and tripod.

There were two responses to possible fires at the airport. One incident was a false alarm activated by a painting crew and an airport employee left food in a toaster oven which set off the fire alarm.

The Harbor Police issued 70 misdemeanor citations. Most of these were for traffic violations, but there were some for urinating in public, loud music, drinking alcohol in a Port park and suspicion of soliciting for the purpose of prostitution.
