Airport Shuttle Permits
Shuttle drivers are required to display a permit issued by the Harbor Police in conjunction with the Landside Operations Division of the San Diego International Airport.
To obtain a permit, an application must first be filed with the Landside Operations Office. The Landside Operations Office is located in the Commuter Terminal at San Diego International Airport on the third floor.

Entertainer Permits
Entertainer's Certificates are necessary for anyone wishing to perform in or on any San Diego Unified Port District property including many parks and waterfront locations along San Diego Bay. The terms of any certificate issued are outlined in the San Diego Unified Port District Code, sections 8.02(e)(2), 8.02(e)(3), and 8.02(e)(5). The applicable UPD code text can be read by looking in the Port Code.

Dive Permits
Dive permits are necessary for all underwater diving activities in San Diego Bay except to seaward of Ballast Point and as otherwise noted in the San Diego Unified Port District Code section 8.01.
