Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Program (JURMP) Document

The Environmental Services Department has prepared the JURMP document in accordance with the requirements of San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board Order No. 2007-01, the Municipal Stormwater Permit. The Document describes all the activities that the Port is implementing to reduce discharges of pollutants and urban runoff flow to the storm drain system and San Diego Bay. This information provides an overall account of the Stormwater Management Program conducted by the Port between 2008 and 2012.

This Document serves as an informational document that provides an overall account of the program to be conducted by the Port during the 5-year life of the Municipal Strormwater Permit. The programs described here are effective as of January 24, 2008.
