This requires an important balance of economic benefits, community services, environmental stewardship, and public safety on behalf of the citizens of California.

Jaynes Corporation, is the contractor for the project.  Designed by Bermello Ajamil and Partners, Inc., the 52,000-square foot cruise ship terminal will be a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED)–certified building.

Construction is estimated to cost $21.1 million and is scheduled for completion in December 2010.
